Guidelines

​

All submissions are welcomed! We welcome submissions from photographers, male and female models, make-up artists, hairstylists, designers, and writers.

By submitting your work, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting.

CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:

● All submitted content must be original and not infringe on any third-party copyrights. We do not accept editorial that has been plagiarized.

● Images must be high-quality and free of any watermarks or logos. We require 300dpi images, Instagram credits for promotion, styling credits, and full team credits.

● All Team and Wardrobe Credits must be added to the designated place. We do not consider credits that are sent in the form of messages, PDF or WORD, or other documents.

● If a series is approved, that does not guarantee that all images will be used and published. We reserve the right to choose which photos will be published.

● We may crop, edit or modify your content to fit our editorial style, aesthetic, and requirements.

● We reserve the right to change the name and theme of the editorial or make any necessary changes to the submission's title and accompanying text. All naming with words: editorial, fashion, beauty, shooting, photo session, and others will be automatically renamed to the model name. VIGOUR reserve the right to accept or deny any submission.

 

COMPENSATION:

● We do not offer compensation for content submissions.
● We do not provide free print or digital copies.
● We do send out Tearsheets on Instagram.

CANCELLATION AND CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE:

● CANCELLATION FEE ($100)

Please make sure that this is your final decision to submit your work to GOJI MAGAZINE. If a series is accepted and gone into print we will charge a $100 fee to remove it, as the complete publication will have to be adjusted.

● CREDITS CORRECTIONS FEE ($20)
Make sure when you upload the credits that they are correct, that Instagram handles are added to all team members. If you need any corrections there will be a $20 fee charged to make them after the publication. Credits correction is only available for 14 days after release. If you contact us later, we will not be able to help you.

 RIGHTS AND PROMOTION:
 

• You may publish your work on social media anytime, even before the release.

• We may publish your content in our magazine and on our social media platforms.

• We reserve the right to use the submissions in any future publications, both digital and print.

 

PURCHASE

Once an issue is being released it is available for purchase via MagCloud or our Website. The purchase link will be sent on the day of release.

Rejection Reasons:
 

•  Poor low light work / noisy images/out-of-focus

• Bad skin editing – waxing face (using automated software) cheap looking mismatched outfits

• Your work is either unsuitable or does not fit with the flow of the issue.

• There is little or no space left for placement.

• The quality of work is not high enough.

• Wardrobe is repeated throughout the editorial.

• Poses are repeated.

• Repeated expression.

• Images contain watermarks.

• You have not supplied enough images to create a story.
